About us
Huset Ribe is a cozy café and decorative shop located in the heart of Ribe. We are part of Vinspecialisten, which is a network of over 50 wine-loving retailers across Denmark. Each of us has many years of experience, a heart that beats for what we sell and solid roots deeply planted in the local business community. We sell wine, beer and spirits throughout Denmark according to a few simple principles. At Huset Ribe you can also enjoy a delicious brunch, coffee or lunch while exploring our selection of delicacies, wines and spirits. Our café is decorated in a rustic and charming style, where comfort is always paramount.
The story
In October 2019, Søren Olesen and Winni Bonnichsen opened the doors to Huset Ribe at Nederdammen 30 in Ribe for the first time. In the charming premises, you can find everything your heart desires in delicacies, wines, spirits, specialty beers, handicrafts and a charming café. In July 2022, Huset Ribe became part of Vinspecialisten, where we proudly opened our wine department.

Behind the counter in Vinspecialisten Ribe you will meet the face of the business, Winni Borgdal Bonnichsen. Winni is an experienced lady when it comes to wine, spirits, specialty beer, delicacies, specialties and handicrafts, she has a heart that beats for the store and places great emphasis on meeting customers with a smile and her positive nature. She has a great passion for the business, and with her enthusiasm she welcomes customers with warmth. Winni lives and breathes for Huset and takes great pride in the details and that her customers leave Huset with a good experience. Winni and Søren have carefully selected their assortment, and with their roots firmly planted in the local business and business community, they can be proud of the large stable business they have built, where their strong team is behind them, ready to welcome you every day of the week.
